I just voted. Wasn't enthusiastic or excited about it. I voted for Paxton. I wrote in @brianeharrison for governor. Fuck Abbot but I won't vote for a democrat. I voted for the libertarian guy in Dan Patrick's race. Fuck Dan Patrick. I voted for Huffines. I skipped Bo French's race and many others. If there was a male republican to vote for in a judge's race, I did. I did not vote for any women.

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but -genuinely- one of my biggest regrets is ever donating money to Republican candidates and putting my phone number on a single form that made its way to some list to be sold to candidates. I am getting between 6-12 text messages a day and I want to throw my phone across the room. I hope you all lose.

The question I've been dreading from my son has arrived. He's at a MLS game with friends for one of their birthdays, and rather than being present in the moment and enjoying the experience, he's texting me asking if he can get social media (Instagram specifically) on his phone 😔. I try hard not to judge other parents who let their kids have it, but shit like this makes it hard.

What if dungeons had a scaling XP bonus that diminished gradually (to prevent excessive spamming)? Take a total XP bonus of 50% (for example) and divide it among the different bosses in the dungeon. So if you kill all the bosses, you get the full bonus. Clear the entire dungeon (all mobs): 10% XP bonus on top. But, each time you run it, the bonus XP rate is reduced by like 10%. So you could run it a few times and get good XP, but with diminishing returns, encouraging you to move up/on. But I'm not a sweat or a game designer, so IDK...

God bless White Men. Was driving this morning, and coming up to a stop sign, I saw a turtle that had just crawled out of a drain trying to cross the road. I swerved a bit to avoid him and was instantly worried that he would get hit before he made it across. I was internally debating whether to get out of the car and help it across. Just at that moment, I saw a big truck coming around the curve behind me in the side view mirror and gasped, thinking the turtle was about to get hit. But the truck stopped, and as I was driving away I watched in the side view and saw a White man get out of the truck, gently pick up the turtle, and place him on the grass on the other side. I don't know why, but it made me cry - with happiness and gratitude for men like that. So whoever that gentleman is, God bless you and thank you for stopping and saving the turtle. I saw you and I appreciate you ❤️🐢
