In the middle of World War Two, German soldiers in southeastern Poland started avoiding a cluster of villages. They wouldn't go in. They wouldn't take people out for forced labor. They put up warning signs and stayed away. They believed the area was infected with typhus. It wasn't. Two doctors had invented the whole thing. The man behind it was Eugene Lazowski, a young Polish doctor working for the Red Cross in the town of Rozwadów. He was watching the Nazi occupation tear his country apart. Executions. Deportations. People shipped off to labor camps, many never coming back. He wanted to stop it. He had no weapons, no army, and no way to fight. What he had was medicine. His friend and fellow doctor, Stanisław Matulewicz, had discovered something strange. If you injected a person with a harmless, dead strain of a certain bacteria, their blood would test positive for typhus. They wouldn't be sick at all. But on paper, they'd look like they had one of the most feared diseases of the war. And the Germans were terrified of typhus. It spread fast, it killed, and it could tear through an army. When the Germans found it, they quarantined the area and kept their distance. Lazowski realized what that meant. If he could make enough people look infected, the Germans would leave the whole region alone. So he started injecting his patients. He chose carefully. He sent the blood samples to German labs for testing, exactly as the rules required. The results came back positive. Again and again. The Germans declared an epidemic zone. Villages were quarantined. Soldiers kept out. People who would have been seized for forced labor or worse were left alone, because nobody wanted to go near them. Lazowski had to be careful. If too many cases looked fake, someone would ask why nobody was dying. So he spread out the injections over time and kept the outbreak believable. Eventually the Germans did get suspicious. They sent a team of doctors to inspect. Lazowski met them with food and vodka and played the gracious host. He guided them toward the sickest looking, dirtiest patients he could find, in the most crowded rooms. The German doctors, worried about catching typhus themselves, took a few samples and left in a hurry. The tests came back positive. The fake epidemic lasted until the end of the war. Estimates say it may have protected around 8,000 people. Lazowski also secretly helped Jews from the nearby ghetto, giving them medical care at enormous risk. After the war he moved to the United States and became a professor of pediatrics in Chicago. For decades he barely talked about what he'd done. Late in life he finally wrote a memoir. He called it My Private War. He died in 2006. He never fired a shot. He beat the Nazis with a needle and a lab test.

If someone asks you how much a single soldier's life is worth to the United States Air Force, show them a three-hundred-million-dollar C-17 cargo jet flying across continents with only one hospital bed bolted to the floor. In 2010, a young American soldier wounded in Afghanistan suffered catastrophic lung failure. Even with a combat ventilator turned to one hundred percent oxygen, his damaged lungs could no longer pass oxygen into his bloodstream, and field doctors knew he had only hours to live. A standard medical helicopter cannot run an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation machine, which pumps a patient's entire blood supply outside the body through an artificial lung and requires heavy electrical power and pressurized cabin stability at thirty thousand feet. Refusing to let one soldier die, U.S. Air Force critical care specialists from the 59th Medical Wing and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center flew directly into the war zone with a portable heart-lung bypass system. They cleared the cavernous cargo bay of a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III built to haul a seventy-ton battle tank and strapped the soldier's bed dead center on the steel deck. For three thousand miles from Afghanistan to Germany, five military doctors and nurses stood around that single bed in the roaring cargo hold, monitoring every drop of his blood until he survived. No nation on Earth fights harder for a single human heartbeat than the United States military.

On the night of October 1, 2017, a twenty-nine-year-old former U.S. Marine named Taylor Winston stole a white Ford F-150 pickup truck in Las Vegas. By sunrise, that stolen truck had saved thirty human lives. Winston, an Iraq War veteran, was dancing at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival when automatic rifle fire began raining down from the thirty-second floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel into a crowd of twenty-two thousand people. After throwing his girlfriend over a fence to safety, Winston ran into the gravel parking lot right next to the kill zone. Why did he not simply wait for ambulances to arrive? Because police perimeters and twenty thousand fleeing people had gridlocked the Strip, and victims with arterial gunshot wounds were bleeding to death on the grass with minutes left to live. Winston checked the doors of parked trucks until he found a white four-door Ford F-150 with the keys tucked above the sun visor. He dropped the steel tailgate, ran back into the gunfire, and used Marine combat triage to load the most critically wounded strangers into the truck bed and cab. With bullets still cracking overhead, he floored the gas pedal, wove through the chaos to Desert Springs Hospital, handed the victims to emergency doctors, and immediately drove the blood-stained F-150 straight back into the gunfire for a second load. Across two trips, he delivered roughly thirty critically injured Americans to the hospital in time to survive. The next morning, Winston tracked down the truck's owner and texted him: "Hey man, I took your truck to drive people to the hospital. How can I give you your keys back?" The owner told him to keep the peace of mind, and an Arizona dealership gave the Marine a brand-new Ford F-150 of his own. Uniforms come off when a Marine leaves the Corps. The oath never does.

🚨BREAKING: ICE says the man featured in a 60 Minutes deportation segment claimed he was gay to avoid being sent back to Mali — even though he has a wife and two children. The program portrayed Moussa Diawara, 57, as a “Texas father” who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record and worked as an Uber driver. It showed his family reacting to his removal and said he was sent to Mali despite an earlier judge’s finding that he faced risk there. ICE says the report left out that Diawara was in the country illegally and already had a final order of removal from a judge in 2012. According to the agency, he claimed he was homosexual and feared persecution in Mali in order to block deportation, a claim officials say is contradicted by the fact that he is married to a woman and shares two children with her. DHS officials pulled his file and highlighted the claimed reason for protection. ICE posted that the segment highlighted an illegal alien and his family but omitted that he said he was gay to dodge removal to his home country. 60 Minutes described him as a longtime resident detained after finishing a night shift. ICE says the full record shows a man who overstayed a visa, received a removal order years ago, and made a specific claim about his sexual orientation that the agency views as inconsistent with his family situation. The agency is now publicly questioning why the broadcast did not include those details.

For those that still don’t understand what Benghazi was all about: 🚨So here's the REAL story: Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission. Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA. Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy. It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.” Obama and Hillary committed TREASON! THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not. Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo. Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya. Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.

In 2003, a soldier was buried at Arlington National Cemetery with full honors. He had been a Finnish war hero. A Waffen-SS officer. A convicted traitor. A stowaway. And a US Army Green Beret. All the same man. His name was Lauri Törni. He was born in Finland in 1919, and his entire life was shaped by one thing. He hated the Soviet Union. In 1939 the Soviets invaded Finland in what became known as the Winter War. Törni fought in it as a young soldier. Finland was massively outnumbered and still made the Red Army pay a staggering price before agreeing to peace. When war with the Soviets broke out again in 1941, Törni became a legend. He led a small unit of ski troops on raids deep behind Soviet lines. Hit fast. Vanish into the forests. Do it again. He was so effective the Soviets reportedly put a bounty on his head. Finland awarded him the Mannerheim Cross, its highest military honor. In 1944, Finland made peace with the Soviet Union. For Törni, the war wasn't over. He went to Germany to keep fighting the Soviets. He trained with the Waffen-SS and was commissioned as an officer. When Germany collapsed in 1945, he surrendered to the British, escaped from a prison camp, and made his way back to Finland. Finland arrested him for treason for serving in a foreign army. He was sentenced to six years in prison. He escaped. He was caught. In 1948, he was pardoned. Then he vanished from Finland for good. He made his way to Sweden, then sailed to Venezuela. From there he got a job on a cargo ship bound for the United States. When the ship reached the Gulf of Mexico, he jumped overboard and swam to shore. In 1950 the US passed a law letting foreign veterans who joined the US Army earn American citizenship. Törni signed up immediately and changed his name to Larry Thorne. The man who had fought in an SS uniform now wore an American one. He joined the Special Forces. The Green Berets. Rose through the ranks. Became a captain. In 1962 he led a dangerous mission into the mountains of Iran to recover classified material from a crashed American plane. Then came Vietnam. He joined MACV-SOG, the top secret unit that ran missions behind enemy lines. On October 18, 1965, his helicopter went down in the jungle of Laos during a mission. He disappeared. For more than 30 years, nobody knew exactly what happened to him. In 1999, the crash site was finally found. His remains were identified in 2003. He was buried at Arlington among the men he served with. A soldier under three flags who spent his entire life fighting the same enemy, in three different uniforms, across three decades.
