Reject the Faster Labor Contracts Act! The FLCA would allow federal government-appointed arbitrators to set the terms of first contracts between unions and employers even if the parties don't agree on the terms. Binding arbitration is not the American way.

We need new housing, infrastructure, and businesses and we need builders and contractors to have those things! I had a productive visit and roundtable with the Associated Builders and Contractors - Virginia Chapter in Chesapeake this week to hear from them. I'm proud to stand with Virginia's builders and will continue working in Congress to reduce regulatory burdens and support this essential industry. Thank you for your support and for recognizing the work we have done in congress to help your industry….!

Senator Masterson toured our facility, saw firsthand how we are training the next generation of skilled craft professionals, and sat down with our member contractors to talk about the issues that matter most to the construction trades, from workforce development to keeping Kansas a place where merit shop contractors can compete and grow. We appreciate his time and his interest in hearing directly from the people who build Kansas.” @abc_hoa #ABCMeritShopProud
