We’re still not out of the woods and it will be a decade before I’m declared cancer free. But in the meantime I’m focused on all the important things in life - like being able to put an arm around my wife and hold a wine glass simultaneously 🍷 – at Edinburgh, Scotland

The vast majority of my humerus, from elbow to shoulder, was replaced with this titanium implant. Pleased to report it’s also working well - and in time with the help of physio should be almost as good as new!
