It's highly unlikely that Interstate 80 will reopen to traffic tonight. If you're still waiting it out, our advice is to turn around. @CHP_Truckee @CHPAuburn
We understand the frustration of being stuck on Interstate 80. Our plows are actively working the corridor and a quick count on quickmap.dot.ca.gov/ shows 14 plows between Baxter and @TownofTruckee. Visibility is very low and there's still a lot of snow to clear. @CHP_Truckee
