If 24-team playoff started in 2014, Alabama & Ohio State only 2 programs that would’ve made playoff every year 7 power conference teams - the Not-So-Magnificent 7 - never would have qualified: Boston College Cal Kansas Maryland Nebraska Purdue Rutgers

The Big 12 announced a multiyear "entitlement partnership" with Monster Energy worth a reported $20 million annually that will brand its sports as “Monster Energy Big 12 Football” and “Monster Energy Big 12 Basketball.” It will include patches on jerseys and playing surfaces.
