Laten we het weer klein houden in de media.
Realiteit: al in 2009 (en wss ook daarvoor maar toen pas kreeg ik ermee te maken) gebeurde dit.
En niet alleen gingen de kinderen naar Spanje maar ook naar Portugal, Frankrijk en zelfs India. Toen al kreeg ik ouders aan de lijn die wanhopig een plek zochten voor hun kind nadat het buitenland mislukt was en jeugdzorg ze dreigden met de jeugdgevangenis tot hun 18e.
Er liepen kinderen weg in het buitenland, begeleiders waren onervaren en spraken de taal niet, slavenarbeid, buitensporige straffen en mishandeling maar ook seksueel misbruik waren toen al aan de orde van de dag..
Geen school, geen sport, geen vrije tijd, slecht eten, geen sociale bezigheden…helemaal niets!
Dat ik heb geschoven met PGB’s om andere kinderen te kunnen helpen bezorgde me de titels fraudeur en crimineel. De echte criminelen zitten bij justitie en de “zorg” leveranciers die de verantwoording hebben over de totale jeugdzorg en daar miljarden aan verdienen per jaar.
Hoeveel van de +100.000 uithuisgeplaatste kinderen worden er dagelijks mishandeld in het buitenland?
Ik ga daar vandaag WOO verzoek over indienen.

Premier Jetten viert zijn “altruïstische” draagmoederschap, terwijl zijn kabinet de wet wil versoepelen zodat wensouders al vóór de geboorte juridische ouders worden.
Zelfde patroon als het Haags Adoptieverdrag: “reguleren voor het kind” → markt normaliseren.
Verona Principles (ISS) en HCCH willen precies hetzelfde internationaal. Resultaat? Meer vraag, meer exploitatie, minder bescherming voor vrouwen.
Gelukkig ligt het Haagse Verdrag voor alsnog in de prullenbak.

Jetten krijgt kind via draagmoeder en dit lijkt deel van campagne om dit nu in Nederland te legaliseren.
Het gebeurt toch, dus reguleren we het voor 'het belang van het kind'.
Dat is hoe je een industrie institutionaliseert om aan de vraag tegemoet te komen.

De Haagse Conferentie voor Internationaal Privaatrecht (HCCH) heeft sinds 2011 ruim 15 jaar lang geprobeerd om een internationaal verdrag op te stellen (The Parentage/Surrogacy Project), maar dit project is in begin 2026 officieel gepauzeerd omdat de lidstaten het niet eens konden worden.
Niet nu nationaal reguleren!

I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors.
My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC’s partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher.
I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Cantor Fitzgerald’s Relief Fund and BGC/Cantor’s annual 9/11 Charity Day.
The personal consequences of whistleblowing, and the retaliation I say followed, have been devastating for my family and me.
Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly:
