It was great to get back with my travel team this weekend in Crown Point! I pitched 8.2 innings with 1 earned run, 0.808 ERA, 5Ks, and pitched to 79% weak contact. I’m excited for our next tournament in Wisconsin next weekend! Here are some pitching highlights. @CheetahsSimmons

Had 2 games yesterday. I went 3-3 in our game vs. Taft with 1 2B, 2 1B, and 1 BB. I stole 2 bases vs. Buffalo Grove & had lots of action fielding at 2nd base in both games. Also pitched a bit in both games. Motivated to keep improving in all aspects of the game! @CheetahsSimmons

Had my high school home opener yesterday! Although we didn’t win, it was a close game where we lost 5-3 with a strong team effort. I went 2-4 (1 RBI) + I’m enjoying the opportunity to play short and second in our first 2 games. Super excited for a great season with this team!
