Honestly, this is real. Before I knew I had ADHD, when I was unemployed and lacked a schedule of any kind, it manifested as BAD depression. We fight it but ADHD havers DO need schedule and routine else we flounder and feel lost. I'd be a mess without my job, I just know it.

My tips for adhd if you’re unmedicated: - get a job. get something. Get anything with rigid structure that you can build your days around and no you do not have the self discipline to motivate yourself into following a schedule that you set yourself - PUT THE PLANNERS DOWN
