In an act of desperation and social isolation my 19 yr old son is making the pizza boxes kiss. Caught, he freezes.
Me: have you taken meds?
Him: maniacal laughter...long pause...pfft...noooooo

This works for the #ADHD like a fidgit. It keeps their mind mind busy and engaged while their body works on whatever chore we're working on. Not without reminders, but it's very effective.
