Of the 3.5 million pages of the Epstein files released on January 31st, 236 pages in particular, documents EFTA00262811 through EFTA00263046, are investigative records on cybertorture and gang stalking using neuroweapons (biojacking through methods such as sensory mirroring). justice.gov/epstein/files/Da… (This will display a U.S. Department of Justice webpage. These documents document biojacking techniques that use RF (radio frequency) and EMF (electromagnetic field) signal transmission technology emitted from satellites and ground-based radio transmitters to directly interfere with the electrical impulses of the human central nervous system, causing altered consciousness and sensory hacking, thereby enabling physiological monitoring and control of humans. These are malicious acts aimed at altering the target's state of consciousness during targeting. The documents allege that these were classified technologies developed by the military through human experimentation to affect the human mind, but that they were leaked to the private sector due to a breach of contract and subsequently misused. The documents also include records of a technique in which a radio transmitter (camouflaged as a satellite dish) is installed in an apartment near the victim, and sensory signals are beamed toward the targets using RF as a carrier wave. The documents describe this as "sensory mirroring" and "sexual targeting," forcing the targets to experience "visual, auditory, tactile, and other 'hallucinations'" as if another person were nearby or engaging in sexual contact with another person. These techniques are described as a process of establishing physiological control through "sensory mirroring." The records state that the resulting persistent nightmares, vivid images of rape, abduction, physical assault, and malicious and psychologically disturbing sexual acts, and a fear of sleep, lead to targets experiencing: fear of interpersonal relationships, fear of interaction and contact with others, fear of intimacy, chronic stress-related symptoms, isolation (separation and isolation from family, children, and friends), and a constant state of vigilance. Medical certificates and records document the psychological effects and dates suffered by victims as a result of the alleged use of techniques described in EFTA00262820 and EFTA00262821, which involve the ongoing targeting, victimization, and interference with the brain's electrical impulses. Epstein and his criminal organization exploited these sensory manipulations as "conditioning." In other words, they strategically employed these cognitive warfare tactics, combining cover-ups of child abuse and simulated break-ins and home invasions to drive their targets to mental breakdown, isolation, and even suicide. Since Epstein had a need for and funded neuroscience for both his ultimate goal of consciousness uploading and for satisfying his own sexual desires, these files are likely to be highly valuable evidence of the use of neuroweapons.
