I’m behind on all my gachas, my video game backlog is pathetic, and I’m barely keeping up with my 1-episode-of-anime-a-day routine.
but hey, let’s play that old pokemon title for the nth time this year and those out-of-order clips of the office need another rewatching _(:3」∠)_
I had been following ideolo’s works years even before I was on twitter (mostly works from touhou and vocaloid), and discovering that they were illustrating blue archive was so surreal to see… but retiring from commercial illustration to focus on BA works is honestly so beautiful
知人やクライアントの方々には言ってましたが、自分は来年辺りで、blue albumシリーズの完結とともに二度目のイラストレーター引退を予定していました。今回はネガティブな理由ではなく、むしろ今度こそ円満退職のような感じにしたかった。元々ブルアカのおかげで現役絵描きに戻っていたので、仕事も辞めて、人生の三年というホシノ達と同等の高校時代の時間をすべて注ぎ、ブルーアーカイブの描きたい話しを描き終えたら満足でした。
その後は、次の10年も20年もブルアカを享受しながら、ゲーム開発に戻るか、グッズ開発の仕事を頑張るか、それだけの人生でよかった。
今は、わからない。ただブルーアルバムもまだ残ってるし、描き終わったら考えるか...
