This aggressive censorship appears to violate the law & will of the people of Brazil
TWITTER FILES - BRAZIL
Brazil is engaged in a sweeping crackdown on free speech led by a Supreme Court justice named Alexandre de Moraes.
De Moraes has thrown people in jail without trial for things they posted on social media. He has demanded the removal of users from social media platforms. And he has required the censorship of specific posts, without giving users any right of appeal or even the right to see the evidence presented against them.
Now, Twitter Files, released here for the first time, reveal that de Moraes and the Superior Electoral Court he controls engaged in a clear attempt to undermine democracy in Brazil. They:
— illegally demanded that Twitter reveal personal details about Twitter users who used hashtags he did not like;
— demanded access to Twitter’s internal data, in violation of Twitter policy;
— sought to censor, unilaterally, Twitter posts by sitting members of Brazil’s Congress;
— sought to weaponize Twitter’s content moderation policies against supporters of then-president @jairbolsonaro
The Files show: the origins of the Brazilian judiciary’s demand for sweeping censorship powers; the court’s use of censorship for anti-democratic election interference; and the birth of the Censorship Industrial Complex in Brazil.
TWITTER FILES - BRAZIL was written by @david_agape_ @elivieira & @shellenberger
We presented these findings to de Moraes, to the Supreme Court (STF), and to the High Electoral Court (TSE). None responded.
Let’s get into it...

Americans will fight as mercenaries for Israel & Ukraine, work as unregistered lobbyists for Israel & Ukraine, get paid by the governments, intelligence services & media outlets of Israel & Ukraine — but if I visit Russia and simply meet with the leaders of the country, I’m the problem?
I’ve never been paid by any government or media outlet, yet I can only imagine what awaits me at the US border. My American colleague, Haz of the Infrared Show, was detained and had his cell phones seized upon returning from Russia last week. The border agent who detained me last time I returned from Russia was a fat 30 year old woman who had her baby daddy’s name tatted on her wrist.
I was supposed to visit Russia’s new territories on my current visit, but was advised against doing so (by people who would know) due to serious threats against my life from Ukraine. As you know, I’m on Ukraine’s government kill list, so I heeded the official warnings & delayed my visit to Mariupol & Donetsk.
While I was in Moscow, I completed a lot of important work — which I will discuss in further detail during my first livestream back in the United States. I conducted interviews with noteworthy figures such as Maria Zakharova, Ekaterina Mizulina, Koltashov & others. I set up two VERY LARGE interviews that will take place during my next visit. I had the dinner with FM Lavrov. I was elected to the Executive Council for the International Russophile Movement. I was interviewed by Channel 1, Russia 24 & RT. I also am currently working on two MASSIVE projects that will undoubtedly be the most important events our community has been involved with.
The motive for my current trip to Russia was to engage in peace-building amongst our people. The number one threat of the US deep state is peace. We will not stop. But don’t be surprised if they try to make my life difficult.

An American YouTuber has been imprisoned for 5 years in Ukraine, and allegedly tortured, for making videos.
This is not ok.
Ep. 47 Gonzalo Lira is an American citizen who’s been tortured in a Ukrainian prison since July, for the crime of criticizing Zelensky. Biden officials approve of this, because they’d like to apply the same standard here. The media agree. Here’s a statement from Gonzalo Lira’s father.
(00:00) American Zelensky critic jailed in Ukraine
(05:14) Where is our State Department?
(08:40) Lira arrested after criticizing Biden
(11:49) Is Ukraine the democracy we’re told it is?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Gonzalo Lira was arrested on May 1st and is currently being held in the Kharkiv pretrial detention center. His court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12 and Dec. 21. He has not "been imprisoned for 5 years in Ukraine" nor is there any evidence of him having been tortured.

And the US State Department would return me too. I'm not a black lesbian druggie, or a transgender grifter. Besides, Victoria Nuland hates my guts, or so I'm told.
I'm hoping the Hungarians will read my indictment and say, “This is bullshit—we’re not sending him back.”

Foolish is he who explains himself to women who not only don’t want to understand, bit essentially couldn’t look far enough to comprehend a man’s resolution. It is better to refrain from being annoying than to prick him when you’re doubtful of your ignorance.
