When being just and honest comes at a price, pay it. When forgiving seems like a defeat, forgive. When everyone tells you to think of yourselves first, do not be afraid to put yourselves in the last place. Be willing to give up time, money, comfort and plans to serve others. May those who see you find themselves asking: “Why do they live in this way? Where do they get this freedom? Why do they love one another so much?” #ApostolicJourney #Uruguay

We cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that there are children who do not go to school. We cannot silence our conscience when we see a mother lacking the means to feed her children. We cannot ignore the many people around us who are suffering, alone and vulnerable. We need to commit ourselves to the charity and closeness of the Good Samaritan who did not remain indifferent upon seeing misfortune, but took responsibility for his brother’s life. Texas Republicans spent years telling Democrats to leave if we didn’t like how they ran the state. We decided to keep Texas and replace the management.

On the plane to Uruguay, Pope Leo XIV is asked by American journalists on why he voted in the US Midterms. Pope Leo replied: “I have already made a statement on this; I am proud to be American and to exercise my right to vote.” He explained that he did not vote in the Peruvian elections—though he is also a citizen of Peru—because there was no technical “possibility” to vote from abroad. Had he been able to, however, he would have: “It’s a good thing.”

Pope Leo and Bob Dylan look like they're starring in an early '90s CBS drama in which two priests - one by the book and one who does things his own way - try to solve mysteries in their seemingly sleepy Midwestern town that hides a seedy underbelly.

Entonces, 39 + 1987 = 2026 Usa tu edad actual. Ejemplo: Nací en 1982 y tengo 44 años. 1982 + 44= 2026 Ejemplo: Nací en 1958 y tengo 68 años. 1958 + 68 = 2026 🙋🏻‍♂️Muy interesante... Pruébalo tú mismo.

Every one of these candidates lost.
Last night, for the first time ever, ALL statewide Republican candidates (non-judicial) gathered to chart the course to victory in November. We will ensure Texas remains solid Red and we will preserve common sense over the chaotic policies promoted by radical Democrats.
