Weekend watch: if you missed it, here's how to stand up a full AI team for your business in under an hour, starting from zero: youtu.be/VMH5tycQQQk Follow @AIAppBuilders for more.
Honest question for builders: are you using one do-everything AI assistant, or a team of specialised bots? What's working for you?
Treat AI bots like new hires: a clear brief, the context they need, and a person to ask. "Redesign the site" gets a mess. "Keep the content, tracking code and booking links, use purple #8811DD, check the palette with the designer" gets results.

My AI bots now publish a daily company newspaper. Each bot gets a column for what it did yesterday and plans today, plus a "Wins & Worries" section and a cartoon on the back page. Watch it come together: youtu.be/VMH5tycQQQk

I hired 14 AI employees in 45 minutes. Total payroll: $0. A social manager, a CFO, a CRM manager, a lead finder, a project manager, even a bot that writes a daily company newspaper. This is the full, uncut build. No edits, no skipped steps: – how I named and gave each bot one job – how they hand work to each other – the mistakes I made so you don't have to Watch it all, then steal the setup. Want a team like this for your business? Follow @AIAppBuilders, or DM me "TEAM" and we'll build it with you.

1/ What actually happened when I gave 12 AI bots a real business (an 8-year-old photo booth company) 🧵

3/ The website bot started redesigning an 8.5-year-old site, and it pulled in the design and analytics bots on its own. The research bot wrote a competitor report.

Give your AI bots names. "Bot 1" and "tech bot" get forgotten. "Colonel," your Chief Technical Bot, gets remembered. Names make it easier to delegate, and easier for the bots to hand work to each other.

You wouldn't pay a chief of staff $200K a year to sort your inbox. So don't make your main AI bot do it either. Give the grunt work its own bot. One of many lessons from this build: youtu.be/VMH5tycQQQk

If you could hire one AI bot for your business tomorrow, what would it do? Inbox, bookkeeping, website, social, research? Drop it below 👇

Vibe coding tip: before you build, plan. Don't create AI agents one at a time. Ask the AI to draw you an org chart first, with roles, job descriptions and who reports to whom. Then build the team.

I went from an empty account to a team of 12 AI bots in about 45 minutes. Chief of bots, finance, tech, website, marketing, research, plus an admin who cleans my inbox. Here's exactly how: youtu.be/VMH5tycQQQk
