The 🇬🇧 Overseas Territory islands of #StHelena 🇸🇭 & #Ascension are home to unique cloud forests. The @StHelenaPeaksNP is home to c250 species found nowhere else on Earth – including the Spiky Yellow Woodlouse
In 2023 alone, mist capture contributed 51-75% of water available for stream flow or as groundwater on St Helena (estimate), emphasising the importance of the #cloudforest in relation to #watersupply! 🇸🇭💧Learn more in the #SHCFP Y3 Water Report: ow.ly/v0gg50US37h
