Sixteen years ago, October 29th, 2010, I met the most wonderful man, Nick. It was love at first sight. Nick was always thoughtful and caring. Being together was a gift. I miss him terribly.

Announcement: 14 day intensive social media campaign starting now to raise the level of awareness on (what I consider the best documented crash retrieval case involving nonhuman beings in history) the Varginha, Brazil documentary, New Revelations of Alien Contact which is available for free on YouTube movies. Dropping a video daily (on several platforms) for the next two week. Please help spread awareness. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼👽

Project Lost Light invites professional scientists, citizen scientists, and students from around the world to participate in a challenge to replicate -- or challenge -- pre-Sputnik transient studies using historical (pre-Sputnik) photographic plate collections from around the world. First prize: $75,000 Second prize: $50,000 Third prize: $25,000 The competition accepts data from all pre-Sputnik photographic plate collections, except those from Palomar Observatory. Learn how to detect transients, search for transient hotspots, investigate possible correlations with documented nuclear tests, and see where your own methods take you! Are we alone on Earth, or are we witnessing the presence of another civilization? Stop waiting for governments, UAP committees, or presidents to give you the answer -- go out and find it yourself. The competition is open to individuals and teams who have not previously published research on pre-Sputnik transients. The competition is hosted and independently organized by Research Hub: researchhub.com/grant/32931/… Read more on: lostlightproject.netlify.app… @TylerDiorio @ResearchHub @BrianDoher37387 @BrianMuraresku

Happy 87th birthday to one of my Ufological heroes, Jacques Vallée. Born September 24, 1939, he remains one of the most influential thinkers in the history of UFO research. For more than six decades, Vallée has pursued this subject through field investigations, witness interviews, and a body of writing that continues to challenge how we approach it. His collaboration with J. Allen Hynek belongs to an earlier chapter of UFO history, but the questions they raised are still very much with us. When Passport to Magonia appeared in 1969, Vallée asked readers to consider modern UFO encounters alongside centuries of folklore and reported contact with strange beings. In The Invisible College and Dimensions, he explored the possible relationships between these experiences, human consciousness, and the formation of belief. He gave the subject room to be considerably stranger than visitors arriving from another planet. What I admire is his willingness to remain uncertain after a lifetime of investigation. He has advocated taking witnesses seriously without pretending that we already understand what they have encountered. That is an approach to research I deeply respect. There is still so much to learn from his work, and I’m grateful we have the opportunity to celebrate him. Wishing Jacques a wonderful birthday, good health, and many more years of discovery. Thank you for giving so much of your life to a mystery that means a great deal to so many of us. #ufox #ufotwitter

This is important. NBC News is now covering the research by Beatriz Villarroel and Stephen Bruehl examining mysterious astronomical transients photographed before the launch of Sputnik. Their peer-reviewed research found statistically significant associations between these transients, nuclear weapons tests and historical UAP reports. We still don’t know what these objects or flashes represent, and that is exactly why this research matters. For decades, the possible connection between UAP and nuclear activity has largely been discussed through witness testimony and historical reports. Now we are beginning to examine these questions using astronomical archives, statistics and scientific methodology. This is how we move forward. Not by deciding what the answer should be, but by following the evidence wherever it leads. Science should never be afraid of the unknown. @DrBeaVillarroel #BeyondInstitute #UAP #UFO #UAPResearch #UAPScience #Science #Astronomy #Astrophysics #Research #VASCO #TransientAstronomy #NuclearWeapons #ScientificResearch #TheUnknown #Disclosure nbcnews.com/video/new-study-…

Speculation that President Trump could publicly confirm the existence of non-human intelligence has intensified as the White House expands its involvement in UAP issues, releases classified files, and assigns senior officials to the subject. "Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently confirmed that Stephen Miller, one of the most powerful figures in the White House, has been handed the UAP portfolio." wired.com/story/the-trump-al…

Dear everyone, Some new and very exciting news from the VASCO team! First, our machine-learning paper has been accepted for publication following peer review and is now in press. In this paper, we used machine learning to address some of the criticism concerning plate defects and remove contaminants from the sample. We demonstrate that all the intriguing correlations become even stronger as the sample becomes cleaner. More on this once the final version is published. Second, we have two new preprints. In the first, we use Earth-shadow statistics to infer the altitudes of the objects producing the transients. The results suggest that the objects are located approximately 20,000–35,786 km above the Earth’s surface, with the upper limit corresponding to geosynchronous altitude. They are clustering near the equator. We model their properties. The objects have highly reflective surfaces that are small, flat and ranging from a few centimetres to about 3 metres. Their small sizes may partly reflect the transient-search methodology, in which brighter objects were filtered out. We also discuss various toy models that could explain their observed properties, including sudden changes in attitude (direction of the nose). Third, we use the projected locations of the pre-Sputnik transients to identify geographic hotspots of transients. Intriguingly, Sedona, White Sands/El Paso, Tampico and several other locations emerge. And we find further associations with nuclear weapons tests. Enjoy these three pieces of news! Read the two new preprints here: arxiv.org/pdf/2609.05105 arxiv.org/pdf/2609.09461
