The RICO lawsuit against the American Academy of Pediatrics over the childhood vaccine schedule is still moving through federal court.
The AAP filed a motion to dismiss. The plaintiffs opposed it, and the AAP replied.
As of the latest docket activity, the case has not been dismissed and there has been no finding that the AAP committed racketeering.

What a joke! AIPAC has been funneling money through “democracy engine” instead of doing direct donations and bundling. I introduced a bill that would require AIPAC to disclose their influence campaigns just as others do under FARA.
