Accessibility barriers in sport are being broken down thanks to the Community Kit Room, set up by childhood friends Adam Hughes & Cameron Herring. 👕👟
We visited Tredegar Sports Centre to see how they’re preparing for one of their busiest times of year.

A huge well done to our Yr 9 pupils who became this year’s Sports Leaders, trained by @ALSportDev to support 3-16 events!
They helped deliver multiple lower school sporting festivals, including netball, cricket & athletics to Yrs 3-6.
Da iawn all, incredible role models👏🏻

Our Play Makers have been taking on lots of their leadership challenges. Some came to lead a PE session with Year 1 following on from their training with Aneurin Leisure. They played a range of games with them and Year 1 absolutely loved it! ☺️👏🏻🎾 @Aneurinleisure @ALSportDev

Our Bryn Bach Play Makers have been super busy! They went around our classes to share important information on their roles and used Google Forms to gather feedback and pupil voice on our after school sport offer for Summer term. Da iawn 👏🏻 @Aneurinleisure @ALSportDev
