Long Island Lightning 2023 HGSL finished 2-3 at the HGSL Championships and 5-5 for the two tourneys. Played some very tough competition and played well. So proud of our team and how they bounced back today

The support of the Putnam Valley community is unreal. You made the girls feel like the rockstars they are. It didn’t go unnecessary and will always be appreciated. Thank you @PV_SUPERFANS @PutnamValleyAD

I've coached 1000s of games over 27 yrs. My Lightning 2024 team treated me to one of the most memorable yet @SelectEventsBB Philly Showcase. Down 14, they battled, played relentless D, allowed only 11pts in the 2nd half to win by 10. Proud of this squad! hudl.com/v/2FV6cV

Just heard from the folks at Middletown. They are bringing in bleachers to double the seating capacity at Twin Towers for boys soccer semifinals. Word of advice, leave extra time to find parking. @OSSATHLETICS @OABCBoosters
