@AMCTheatres agreed a few years ago to a contractual clause that allows for early lease termination. In exchange, AMC received a substantial reduction in rent from the landlord. You can look it up. I'm sorry about the loss of your movie theater, but my point: politicians = scum.

@CEOAdam, if this data is correct, what would @AMCTheatres share price be right now if, “Naked Short Sellers,” were forced to locate and settle, to buy the shares they sold into, “Dark Pools,” and haven’t paid for? Seems the rules at one time, gave them a matter of hours or days to settle, but not anymore. Now they are never forced to buy what they sell!! It’s a great gig if you’re in, “the big club.” To get away with such a crime is only for the biggest and richest criminals in the world, so “do not try this at home.” You need a lot of money to pay off enough politicians and agency heads, to ignore the crimes you’re committing. There’s an example of them selling into dark pools off lit exchanges attached, the column on the left indicates the percentage of shares sold, “off exchange” and it’s happening everyday!! What about the investors on the other side of those, “dark pools,” do they know they bought counterfeit securities that don’t exist? Or someone filled their orders using a computers “F3” key? If forced to settle those trades, wouldn’t there be enough money available to pay down some debt? This is only from Jan. 1, 2020 until a few days ago and looks to be 2.5 billion (AMC) FTD’s, imagine the count if it went out further. If this is correct, how can we force settlement of those trades, if maybe the @SECGov hasn’t asked the @DOJFraudDiv @DOJCrimDiv or the @FBI, @NewYorkFBI, @FBIWFO @FBILosAngeles (they) for help in investigating or enforcing our laws? Investors being defrauded, or our CEO’s being pinned down for fear of retribution or ridiculously fake, but extremely expensive counter suites, should not have to bear the weight and responsibility of policing our Markets, when billions in tax dollars already pay for “crime fighting,” their buildings, equipment, technology and personnel, across the country and internationally. It’s (they) who are tasked with ending this crime spree, to investigate, arrest and severely punish those stealing trillions from millions of people, our seniors and companies, not investors. If (they) and our entire system set up to catch and stop bad guys from scamming and stealing our wealth, aren’t doing anything to stop it, does anyone know what the hell we can do to stop it? We already know we can’t count on Congress, because many there, make fortunes by inside trading, and they ignore our pleas, so the only other way Americans seem to get justice on the right track is bringing awareness to fraud as, “Nick Shirley,” did starting in Minnesota. So if everyone helps bring awareness to this massive, multi-trillion, even quadrillion dollar crime, as some have reported, we may have a fighting chance. So how bout we start now, by asking a few of our biggest, most honorable and widely known voices, such as the “king of the fraud busters” himself, Mr. Nick Shirley @nickshirleyy, or some of the most watched podcasts on Rumble, X and even YouTube, if they can get past the sensors, Dan Bongino @dbongino and LT @andweknow, (top two on Rumble) Scott Adam’s @ScottAdamsSays Scott Jennings @JenningsShow, and Lara Logan @laralogan who has already started investigating and reported on this greatest fraud in history…, and many others. We need help to get this fraud exposed and stopped, everyone can and should help to get the word out in their own way, because it affects us all, in one way or another.
