Please take a minute to watch this video. Real words by a dad who realised he needed to get some support. Being a dad can be a challenge, but some moments are more challenging than others. It is important to realise when we need that extra help. #icon #iconcope #crying

Whilst coronavirus is infectious to children it is rarely serious. It can be confusing to know what to do when your child is unwell or injured. Remember that NHS 111, GPs and hospitals are still providing the same safe care that they have always done.

At home shouldn’t mean at risk. If you or someone you know is suffering from #DomesticAbuse, isolation rules do not apply. Police response & support services remain available. Find support at gov.uk/domestic-abuse or call 999 if you are in immediate danger. #YouAreNotAlone
