Easy to say I've never created content on a game with developers as incompetent or malicious in their endeavours as arrowhead. Replace hypocrisy with ego, it's more fitting IMO. There's 0 excuse for how they handle things and I'm shocked how there's literally 0 accountability.

There are things worse than reviews bombing. With how @helldivers2 's devs are handling the game, including blocking community bug fixes, Steam users may have grounds for refunds well beyond 2 hours. If Valve finds contractual violations, even delisting could be on the table.

Deadlock’s biggest strength is its character design, but so far none of its cast is truly original. Rat King, really? A rat in New York? What about a gorilla? He could be super smart and from the moon, with a short range toggle Tesla cannon, and a dome shield to counter aoe slop.

Helldivers do not own the Super Destroyers Helldivers are volunteers from the SEAF implying that most humans or at least SEAF are able to do crazy shit like carrying stuff The Helldivers Tutorial is all the training the SEAF get to be a Helldiver

special forces that get an entire vessel under their individual command, plus they're likely augmented in someway given they can carry 500 Kilo's of Metal. That makes far more sense than one day of training where they just kinda go "lets see if you die or not lol"

Most of these old pieces of information were rumors when the game first released but through dialogue it's shown often that Helldivers are literally just tools much like the SEAF the destroyers are owned by the Officers otherwise each dead helldiver would need to have paperwork

This is the mentality that kills the identity in games. The idea that you have to cast your net as wide as possible is largely why games nowadays feel so interchangeable I’d rather make games with a vision for a small but dedicated fanbase than whatever will bring in the numbers
