Responsible Citizens, Rising - @Terrence_Keeley on @ARC_Conference realclearpolitics.com/articl… "Members of the ARC community don’t think in terms of right and left, or red and blue. We prize right versus wrong and common sense, especially as it relates to the common good. "

For those with a grudge against their own country, it’s sustained mass migration, especially from countries with quite different cultures, that’s the surest and swiftest way to change and punish a place that’s irredeemably tainted by unforgivable sin. This is done in order to dilute and eventually to extinguish the Anglo-Celtic core culture and the Judaeo-Christian foundational ethos (which is actually what attracts migrants to the Anglosphere) that today’s left-establishment finds so suffocating and judgmental. And it’s to encourage migrants to “other” themselves by funding ethnic activism under Orwellian slogans like “our diversity is our unity” or “our diversity is our strength”. In this regard, migrants from Islamic countries are especially useful, because belief in a global caliphate, and the conviction that it’s the Koran rather than the legislature that validates law, starts to make pluralist democracy unworkable. To green-left, cultural-Marxist governments, mass migration from the “global south” is not a problem; it’s the plan. It’s the way for supposedly unjustly rich countries to atone for their white privilege and to apologise to poorer ones by becoming more like them. George Orwell said every joke is a tiny revolution. I believe that because I've seen it. Humor has the power to change hearts and minds, not by misinforming—as the fact checkers insist—but by slipping the truth past our defenses. My full speech from the ARC conference in London:

Restoring free speech is just the starting point. It puts everyone on a level playing field, but it doesn't orient anyone to the truth. It's far more likely to be abused in pursuit of profit and popularity than honored in defense of principles. We need more than freedom.

The point about free speech absolutism really matters. I genuinely think the only way we resolve terrible ideas is through better ideas. That can feel daunting in a world where people respond to disagreement with attacks. When attacks happen because you think people with different ideas are fascist or evil - or if someone like Charlie Kirk is assassinated, it creates a climate of fear. It becomes a world where people say words are violence, and therefore they feel entitled to do violence to you because your ideas are considered reprehensible, because you are not seen as a fellow citizen and human but as something evil. It is frightening, but that is exactly when courage is needed. Free speech absolutism gives us the only real tool we have, which is faith, whether secular or religious, in our fellow citizens. Faith that the power of good ideas and the illumination they bring can act as an antiseptic against bad ideas. Sometimes we will lose. But the alternative is far worse. The flip side is absolute barbarism, a descent into violence and dehumanisation, in what should be a shared quest for civilisation over barbarism. One of the most thought provoking speeches I've seen in a while. @Miss_Snuffy on how raising a generation to see the world through oppressors and the oppressed is changing the West. If you don't have time, bookmark it. It's worth every second. WATCH:

Really enjoyed addressing ARC on Anglo-American origins, ties, and aspirations. Thanks for hosting me! As discussed below, “da yookay” you see online can’t be dismissed as “disinformation,” but nor does it capture the real Britain. To do that, you must account — as Orwell and Blackstone do, in passages quoted here — for the greatness of Britain’s people. Enjoying my trip to London, portions of which are even air-conditioned!

“I’m often asked if I regret taking this stance, giving up years of my life, having to raise and spend millions of dollars in legal fees, called a bigot… wouldn’t it have been easier to pay him $20,000, let him into the app & just accept that the word woman has evolved? No.”
