"Yet, Sarah McConkie worries about mistakes like that at the Utah County clerk." Sarah would worry if a comma were out of place if it furthered her political activist agenda. She thinks every voter is too stupid use a little common sense. Thank you voters for being smarter than Sarah. kutv.com/news/politics/utah-… – at Lindon, UT

Henderson said, "Now we have threats coming from within our own government." Interesting! How many threats has she and her office thrown against me as a the County Clerk that's openly said there are election processes in Utah that need to be fixed. kutv.com/news/local/clinton-… – at Orem, UT

52? Where did you come up with 52? Is that the 27 and 25 added together from the original reported review from the beginning of the year? Utah County has found more since then. That was not a transparent answer. – at Provo, UT
Voter rolls are maintained by the states, but the federal government under President Trump has made preventing noncitizen voting a priority. State audits have shown that noncitizen voting is extremely rare, though it does happen. In Utah, Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson found a total of 52 noncitizens and likely noncitizens out of more than 2 million voters. That’s about 0.002%. A top Justice Department official told 60 Minutes: “We've had investigations ongoing for over a year [into cases of noncitizen voting], and it takes time. There are literally thousands of them out there that we are looking at.” cbsn.ws/4i55KFD

Thanks @JimSpiewak at @KUTV2News! I think this is the first time I've had a reporter release the whole interview rather than just using unfortunate snippets. Please vote in this election. Vote in person or use one of the county provided drop boxes, skip using the mail. kutv.com/news/local/utah-bal… – at Lindon, UT

Who wants Utah to return to having a Secretary of State that runs the elections that's personally accountable to the voters by getting independently elected? – at Provo, UT
It took 72 years to get the 19th Amendment. You can take 30 seconds to sign up to track your ballot so you always know where yours is and when it’s been counted. Trackmyballot.utah.gov

And nothing will probably happen to these fraudsters. In contrast, I was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct by Judge Roger Griffin for knocking on an illegally locked door with 12 children at an Alpine School District Board meeting to protest these mandates. They didn't want to hear us. Our 1st amendment rights were trampled on during that time and never protected. Judge Griffin was a co- conspirator and is not worthy of his judicial position.
Sen. Ron Johnson: “This is a PROFOUND revelation… The US FDA now admits COVID-19 vaccines KILLED American children.” Healthy kids — virtually ZERO risk from COVID — were FORCED by Biden mandates into lethal shots. Leaked FDA memo on child deaths: regulators confess their actions “we have harmed more children than we saved.” They KNEW the risks. They HID the signals. They MANDATED the deaths anyway. Mass murder by mandate. Where is the justice?

Looking forward to seeing Utah’s @AGDerekBrown join @AGJamesUthmeier in seeking justice for so much harm done to people. We all know someone injured or killed by this deception. Esp horrible for people who were given the choice to take it or lose ability to feed their family.
Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us. While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks.

In this podcast, I discussed what led up to my discovering that over 300 ballots weren't delivered to voters in Eagle Mountain for the 2026 Primary Election and, as the County Clerk, what I did about it. youtu.be/lk0V0yEztZc?is=oCvy… – at Lindon, UT

As the County Clerk for Utah County, I may not be able to remove a noncitizen from the voter rolls now, but that doesn't mean I cannot pursue prosecution if a noncitizen votes in this coming general election. It's still illegal for noncitizens to vote. – at Lindon, UT
BIG ‼️ The Donald Trump Administration says laws preventing mass purges of voter rolls within 90 days of an election DO NOT APPLY to noncitizens Now that the Supreme Court has granted use of the SAVE citizenship verification tool for voters, the federal government can remove ineligible voters “SAVE now uses a trove of records from various federal agencies, like Social Security data, to help states check for noncitizens — Will more voters be removed from lists based on these findings before the midterms? There are laws preventing mass purges of voter rolls within 90 days of an election, and we are within that time frame, but the administration has said those laws don't protect noncitizens” Donald Trump's Justice Department sued 30 states to get their voter data so DOJ could do those checks The states are: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin Only Oklahoma settled and produced its file. The other 29 states plus DC have not turned over the full unredacted lists

Now that I know what happened and the area affected, here is an updated view of the undelivered ballots in Eagle Mountain. Every pin represents a ballot that was discarded in the church parking lot dumpster - 496 ballots (not just 300 ballots). The Yellow pins are the voters that responded to my email stating that they DID NOT receive a ballot in the mail - 192 voters. That was a 38.7% response rate for that area, which is a very respectable. The purple pins are the voters that voted in person or requested a replacement ballot before election day and voted - 33 voters (6.65% - very low turnout). The blue pins are the voters that didn't respond to my email asking them if they received their ballot - 304 voters. The black pins are those voters that responded that they DID receive their ballots - 0 voters. No one in that area responded that they received their ballot so there are no black pins, but there were black pins in the other areas of Eagle Mountain that received my email. Please share.

Well @LGHendersonUtah, you may not like the harassment from the fed Gov, but you've learned how to do it very well. Maybe you should stop harassing the County Clerks. – at Lindon, UT
She Used to Get Federal Help Protecting Elections. Why Did it Stop? @LGHendersonUtah remembers when the federal government helped state election officials do their jobs — intelligence briefings, cybersecurity support, real resources. Then this administration took office and it all went away. Instead, she says, they get harassment and lawsuits. Full interview with @mckaycoppins in this week’s episode of “Deseret Voices.”

In this interview, @LGHendersonUtah says she wants support from elected officials. Maybe she should start by supporting the election officials that actually run the elections in the state. She has no idea what it takes to run an election. She's never done it before. She has turned Utah elections into a political agenda and @LindsayOnAir has helped her every step of the way.
NEW: @LGHendersonUtah @DeidreHenderson has been very vocal in her opposition to President Trump's plan to change mail-in voting, but hasn't gotten much public support from other top state Republicans, including @GovCox. Now, she faces a possible investigation from the DOJ over its claims that she isn't following federal election laws. Full interview coming soon on @abc4utah. youtube.com/playlist?list=PL…
