Denis hugely deserves his MBE - he’s worked so hard to preserve war memorials at risk in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and I’ve loved working with him on this amazing project @ARWMP

These are two memorials which have recently arrived with the project.
Westcotes Congregational WW1 and WW2. We have very little information about either, or the church itself, so any help would be appreciated... #Leicester @BBCLeicester @leicslive

A CWGC headstone has been installed at Willesden New Cemetery in London for a #WWII casualty previously commemorated on the Brookwood 1939-1945 Memorial. The personal inscription was chosen by the casualty's niece.

Interesting to find a memorial within the @CWGC plot to a number of Belgian soldiers who died of their wounds at the nearby 5th Northern General Hospital, Leicester. Very sad to see that one of the soldiers is unidentified. 🇧🇪
