All this hand-wringing over capex from Facebook, Microsoft, Google and other new entrants is unnecessary. When products are this good and improving this fast, we won't overbuild; if anything, we'll be constrained by physics and regulation. And these machines will last a decade, as software gets relentlessly more efficient and we find creative uses for older clusters. Earnings will be absurd in the next five years, as companies like Microsoft, Uber, Tesla, Robinhood, and Meta have revenue per employee DOUBLE every 3-4 years. Pay attention to revenue and earnings per employee.

Next year (CY2027), Samsung and SK Hynix will invest $150B into capex (combined) and still generate $500-600B of FCF with a combined enterprise value of just $1.8 trillion or less than 3.5x 2027 FCF -- it's so ridiculous it's almost funny. LONG MEMORY!!!!!!!
Sam Altman says memory makers could each generate ~$100B in annual free cash flow, yet hesitate to build more fabs. “I think the invisible hand is failing right now.” He cites “how many times they almost went bankrupt by making too many fabs” during past boom-bust cycles.

This is a great interview, definitely worth a listen :)

$OPEN 2029 leaps... will eventually look really good if Company doesn't outright fail. It'll be like the last 70x from The only way to get there is no bankruptcy (risk being low since debt is low & company is transitioning to more service / post-sale services) and rates down.

July 2025 - Sept 2025 LEAPS were 70x return or better... even if company gets back to $2-3 a share you could see a 5-7x+ multi-bagger. Rates coming down and execution on services is what gets this back above $2 a share.

How in today’s blockchain world is this not solved yet? Is it as simple as human inertia to buy from these platforms as common as we still use a keyboard? Someone needs to solve this!!
The sickening stories keeping coming in…😢😢😢 SHAME ON YOU, @StubHub. Imagine being a kid, a HUGE @Brewers fan, and finding out you’re going to see your team play in the WORLD SERIES! ⚾️💙💛 The excitement. The anticipation. The memories you’re already imagining making. Now imagine having that excitement ripped away because a company sold your 3 tickets that you bought, that they apparently can’t deliver. That’s exactly what we’re dealing with right now. We purchased THREE tickets to the Milwaukee Brewers World Series for Game 1 last Tuesday(13th) through StubHub. We selected our section, our row, paid for our tickets, and received our order confirmation. Everything was supposed to be set. Then suddenly, StubHub tells us they’re “searching for replacement options” because they can’t provide the tickets we purchased. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! How does a company accept someone’s hard earned money, confirm a purchase, and then turn around and say they can’t fulfill it?! And their solution? We can request a refund while they continue looking for tickets. THIS ISN’T ABOUT THE MONEY. It’s about the experience. It’s about the memories. It’s about the excitement of a kid, his dad, and grandpa, who thought they were going to watch their favorite baseball team play on the biggest stage in baseball. Look at the first picture. That’s the disappointment you’re creating, StubHub. A refund doesn’t replace that moment. And here’s what really bothers me… StubHub advertises a “FanProtect Guarantee” and tells customers their orders are “100% guaranteed.” Guaranteed WHAT, exactly?! Because from where we’re sitting, that guarantee doesn’t feel worth much when you can’t deliver the tickets you sold us. We did everything right. We purchased through a major ticket marketplace. We trusted the confirmation. We trusted the guarantee. Now it’s time for StubHub to make it right. We aren’t asking for anything extra. We want the three tickets we paid for, or comparable or better seats together, at no additional cost. Stubhub…DO BETTER. Please SHARE this. Not just for us, but for every fan who has trusted a ticket company with an experience that means so much more than the price of admission. ℹ️Brandon Barker

Bringing this back because my DMs blew up last time. If you're early stage and need a link builder or PR person, I have a guy. He's reasonable on price, he actually gets results, and he's been helping a lot with SEO plus the newer AEO and GEO stuff (showing up in ChatGPT and other AI answers). Reply below or DM me and I'll connect you.

Would bet life savings not another company can create this to this degree of precision $TSLA has (even by seeing it now)… …funny how many have tried to produce an EV and guess what, none of them have FSD. Traditional auto is lightyears behind.
Replying to @jblweb3
It's not incredible. Many companies could do the same thing- it's just not financially viable for them, so they don't do it.

People who think we are close to mass AGI are crazy... ...we need basic functioning AI first that is 100% accurate and not hallucinating. Esp. in key domains. We're getting closer on the curve but not there yet.

Usually in the LMM you can buy a company at 4-5x forward earnings... not a public giant with long-tail for inference/agentic activity ($MU). Once in a lifetime opportunity IMO at current valuations.

All true & extraordinary. Susan & @MichaelDell were also critical Partners to me to get the law - the Invest America Act - passed in the first place! They & their team work everyday w me & the Invest America Foundation to build a world class app, get every child auto enrolled, recruit donors, etc. Their passion & love for this country is remarkable. This is not a “headline gift” to the Dells. This is their lifelong commitment & partnership to building a bridge to the American Dream for every child forevermore. We are just getting started! 🇺🇸🤍🚀
Michael and Susan Dell just gave $6.25 billion directly to 25 million American kids: $250 each, invested in the stock market through Trump Accounts. Add $100 a month until age 18, and that $250 becomes $1.2 million by retirement. At the market’s historical 7–10% average: By age 18: → $250 alone: $850 to $1,400 → Plus $100/month: $44,000 to $61,000 → Plus $416/month (the max): $180,000 to $251,000 By 67, contributing until 18 and never touching it: → $250 alone: $23,000 to $148,000 → Plus $100/month: $1.2 million to $6.6 million → Plus $416/month: $5 million to $27 million By 67, contributing every month for life: → $100/month: $1.8 million to $9.6 million → $416/month: $7.6 million to $39.5 million That’s why this is the greatest philanthropic gift in American history. They didn't give it to a nonprofit, a foundation, or an NGO, but directly to 25 million American kids, as ownership. Every one of them now owns a stake in the American economy and will grow up watching it grow. They’ll learn how the stock market and compounding turn small, patient investments into real wealth. God bless @MichaelDell and Susan Dell. American patriots. 🇺🇸 P.S. Every American kid under 18 with a Social Security number now has a Trump Account. Activate it at TrumpAccounts.gov and start contributing. Born 2025 or later? File Form 4547 to get $1,000 from the government. Born 2016–2024? Check InvestAmerica.org to see if your ZIP code got the Dells’ $250.

For millions of American families, rent is an unavoidable predatory and systemic tax on the unestablished or on those whose parents can't gift them a large downpayment. Opendoor’s job is simple: end this tax.
