A pleasure to catch up with my good friend, The Hon Milton Dick MP, Speaker of the Australian House of Representatives, at his chambers. Strong bipartisan support is essential to ensuring that Australia’s engagement with Saudi Arabia remains consistent, constructive and focused on our long-term national interests. I appreciate the Speaker’s continued interest in the bilateral relationship and his support for strengthening Australia’s international engagement.
