Everyone supports lower costs for seniors but intended consequences currently threaten access for seniors living in long-term care facilities.
Thank you @RepBuddyCarter and @RepMGriffith for supporting H.R. 5031 (#LTCPharmacyFix) at today’s E&C Committee hearing. As original co-sponsor Rep. Carter highlighted, this legislation is crucial to ensuring access to essential LTC pharmacy services and medications for seniors, especially in our rural communities. We agree this bill needs to be considered quickly to address the growing long-term care crisis!
