🚨I’ve just been passed documents relating to a major Andy Burnham donor connected to ANOTHER English football club. Big trouble brewing for the Labour government. More on this to come...
EXCLUSIVE: Andy Burnham donor is vice-chair of UAE parliamentary group. It has emerged that a key funder of Burnham’s Makerfield campaign serves on the board of the United Arab Emirates APPG. Growing questions for the PM on Abu Dhabi connections. Here’s what I’ve discovered:🧵

We move the ball wayyyyyy to slow. We have players putting their foot in the ball and taking time like we are 3 nil up. Fucking boring. #England

Hold on….. so they cheated???
"We have overspent and we have to sell some players." When Hull City won promotion back to the Premier League it came with guaranteed riches of around £200m. But there could be a problem with their PSR calculation.

The Henry Nowak police bodycam footage is one of the most sickening and disgusting things I have ever seen in my life. White people are now under attack by the authorities. This has to be a turning point. That poor young man. Utterly heartbreaking.

Exactly this, yes it was disappointing. Good luck to hull take it on the chin and go again. It’s all part of what ever journey we are on.
Prem or national league - it don’t make one difference ultimately. It’s who and what you go for throughout your whole life that matters.

41 years ago today Millwall were promoted after the game I was in the Five Bells in New Cross celebrating when the news came on the tv showing the Bradford fire. I remember the whole pub going quiet watching the stand alight and the fire spreading fast. RIP to the 56 who died.

QPR the world is watching! Real football fans want you to get a result against Ipswich on Saturday and see Millwall go up to the Premier League. Just think of Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville being called cunts live on Sky Sports commentating from The Den on a Sunday afternoon.

Millwall say they are “considering their legal position” after the club’s badge was placed on a photo of a Ku Klux Klan figure in a children’s educational book. The image appeared in a booklet called ‘The Paul Canoville Story’, written by Peter Daniel, an education and interpretation officer at Westminster City Council. Canoville was the first Black player to make an appearance for Chelsea, in 1982. He endured horrific racist abuse during his career and later battled drug addiction. The educational booklet about his life has been issued in schools, as part of an anti-racism programme. One of the pages in the booklet depicted a registered Millwall club badge on a KKK figure, next to a speech bubble that said: “Racism never went away. I was badly abused in a reserve match at Millwall, but then I could show the racists my 1984 second Division Champions medal.” More from @TBurrows16 bit.ly/4vCHgJU
