The final is regenerated from your recording: a new performance of the scene, not a copy of the footage.

I did say we'd be releasing our models periodically...introducing Gemini 4 Carbon, our next frontier model.
Following Argon's release just two weeks ago, Carbon shows the pace at which weโre pushing the frontier, it ranks #1 on the recently updated v5.0 of @ArtificialAnlys Intelligence Index at 59. It also leads across key cybersecurity evaluations scoring 88.2% on SEC-bench Pro for finding vulnerabilities, 54.8% on ExploitGym for exploitation, and 71.0% on CWE-bench for patching.
Weโre seeing significant improvements in long-horizon tasks even compared to Argon, and weโve strengthened frontier safeguards.
As we did with Argon, weโre going to roll it out gradually + responsibly. Some trusted cyber defenders will get access starting this week. We'll be expanding it to more partners through our Fairwind Program, ahead of wider availability soon, so hang tight!

In June, @SamAsante and I launched Typeahead, the first product from our new company.
Today we're releasing our next Mac app. It's called Beam, and we're live on Product Hunt.
I've got Macs all over my house doing different work. Some run agents and local models. Others handle builds. When I want to use one app on another Mac, I usually end up navigating a whole second desktop through Screen Sharing.
Beam brings that app's window onto the Mac I'm using. It gets its own Dock icon and shows up in โTab. I can type into it and resize it while everything keeps running on the other Mac.
Sam has put a lot of care into making this feel natural. The video shows it better than I can explain it.

Iโve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.
I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.
The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.
My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.
To the community on X, thank you for everything. Youโve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job Iโve ever had.
