"When you go home, tell them of us and say: for your tomorrow, we gave our today." We will remember them! #VPCSouthGlos volunteer police cadets paid their respects at the Staple Hill Remembrance Parade today. #RemembranceDay @StapleHillRBL @ASPolice @NationalVPC @AandSPCC
Recently #VPCSouthGlos cadets discussed 'respect' and what it meant to them. We really liked the poem, poster and recipe for respect they've created. What do you think? 🫡👮☺️
ALT Showing three A3 sheets of paper. One of them is a poster with the word RESPECT in the middle and meanings of the word like 'caring', 'be kind', 'consideration'. The other sheet shows a poem about respect, each line starting with the first letter of the word. Respect is reassuring; Elevates esteem; Sets standards and smile; Politeness is key; Encourage positivity; Check in on each other; Treat others equally. The last sheet is a Recipe For Respect. Ingredients: 3 cups of kindness; 150g of consideration; 300ml of admiration; Half a cup of helpfulness. Method: Pour 2 cups of kindness with 150g of consideration and whisk. Add one more cup of kindness and 300ml of admiration and whisk until smooth. Finally add the half a cup of helpfulness and fold until a thick mixture forms. Freeze for 24 hours and eat!
