تب سے اب تک نہ جیل کی طرف سے کوئی اطلاع، نہ حکام کی طرف سے کوئی جواب، اور نہ ہی کوئی ماہرِ امراضِ قلب۔
میری والدہ اور میری خالائیں @Aleema_KhanPK اور @Noreen_KhanPK، جن کی عمریں تقریباً 70 سال ہیں، 48 دن سے ایک نظربندی قانون کے تحت بغیر کسی الزام کے قید ہیں۔ ان کے بھائی @ImranKhanPTI قیدِ تنہائی میں ہیں اور ان کا بلڈ پریشر 192 تک پہنچ چکا ہے۔

24 hours ago, my family raised the alarm. My mother, @DrUzma_KhanPK, has a replaced heart valve, her blood pressure is rising in Kot Lakhpat Jail, and she is not receiving treatment.
Since then, there has been no word from the jail, no word from the authorities, and no cardiologist.
My mother and my aunts, @Aleema_KhanPK and @Noreen_KhanPK, all around 70, have been held for 48 days under a detention law, without charge. Their brother, @ImranKhanPTI, is in solitary confinement with his blood pressure at 192.
The state holds them. The state is responsible for their health.
Let her see her cardiologist. Charge them or release them.

“I have received information from inside Kot Lakhpat jail, through informal sources, that my sister Uzma Khan's blood pressure is also shooting up and she is not receiving any medical treatment. This is not natural. Like her other siblings, her blood pressure has always been genetically low to normal. The family has received no information from jail authorities. She had a heart valve replacement and her condition is vulnerable. She should be seen urgently by a cardiologist."

In her statement, Rubina Khan raises the alarm over her brother’s health in Adiala Jail.
After seven months without access, Imran Khan’s lawyer finally met him on 2 November. His blood pressure was reportedly recorded at 192. His family is warning of the serious risks of prolonged isolation and demanding immediate medical intervention.
The family is demanding his immediate transfer to an independent hospital in Islamabad, access to his personal physician and proper medical care. There must be no further delay.
The international community and human rights organisations must urgently take notice.

This high blood pressure is not normal, it is the direct result of this isolation.
If he is not freed soon he will die in this cell.

Statement from Rubina Khan, sister of @ImranKhanPTI , 3 Nov 2026:
– On 2 Nov his lawyer was allowed a brief meeting at Adiala Jail, the first in 7 months.
– Khan reports his blood pressure spiked to 192. He never had high BP, and it was normal a year ago. The family's medical advisors say developing it suddenly at 70+ is virtually unheard of.
– He says the problems began only after more than a year of total isolation, and accuses those holding him of trying to kill him by withholding proper treatment.
– The family demands his immediate admission to an independent hospital in Islamabad, with his personal doctor present.
– A Supreme Court order from August 2026 for treatment at Shifa International Hospital has still not been implemented.
– He survived multiple attempts on his life before jail, including being shot several times in the leg, one bullet narrowly missing his femoral artery.
– If anything happens to him now, the family says, it will be cold-blooded murder.
