2) Red Wolves had three sacks on the season entering the game. Picked up two against Georgia State's stout offensive line. Perhaps the cork has been pulled. Jones said the early sacks helped the defense create havoc for the rest of the game.
4) There is something about this team the last two years the prohibits it from winning by more than one score. Is it a hex? Some kind of mental condition? Does somebody inside the Red Wolves organization have investments in blood pressure medication?

I have thoughts about last night's Red Wolves win over the Panthers. 1) That was Trey Owen's most complete game of the year. No turnovers. Game changing passes. Tough-as-nails running. I hope he just minted a template for the rest of the year.
