Come on, @TeamYouTube. There has still been no real human review of my channel. Don’t you understand that my channel has been terminated since January 10, 2025? I am asking for a second chance and a genuine human review of my case. I want a real person to carefully look at my situation and review the evidence, rather than relying only on an automated system. I worked hard on my channel and lost years of my work, memories, and community. I am simply asking for my case to be properly reviewed and for my situation to be heard. Here is my information and the full history of what happened: Channel: Rodrick Lighting Productions Termination date: January 10, 2025 Please, @TeamYouTube, I am asking for a real human review and a fair second chance. @FTC and @CNaM_ie (And heres my Example Info) I want to explain what happened to my YouTube channel and why I believe the termination may have been a mistake. My channel Youtube Channel was terminated on January 10, 2025, at around 11:59 PM. My appeal was also rejected. My content mainly consisted of Gacha memes and animations, Super Mario and Sonic-related creative content, comic dubs, drawings, gaming videos, and animation projects that I created over several years. I started creating content years ago and worked hard to build my channel and community. My channel had: Around 1,100 subscribers. 159 videos. Around 4 years of work YouTube told me that my channel was terminated for repeated violations of the Community Guidelines involving circumvention. However, I don't understand what activity YouTube considered circumvention. I genuinely believe there may have been a misunderstanding or incorrect enforcement decision. I never intentionally tried to circumvent YouTube's policies. I'm asking @TeamYouTube for a clear explanation of what specifically caused the circumvention enforcement and, if possible, another careful human review of my original channel. I have put years of work, creativity, and memories into this channel. Your automated system continues to reject my appeals. I officially won my independent out-of-court dispute through Appeals Centre Europe (ACE), and I also have an active case with the Irish Digital Services Coordinator (Case: CAS-06051). Despite these decisions, my channel has not been reinstated I finally Filled Up with @CNaM_ie They now Accept me. I respectfully ask YouTube to escalate my case to the compliance team and conduct a genuine human review.
