Been quiet on here for years. But if you're deep in this space, you know who I am and what I've done I am a 1% owner of the common, and a large buyer of the Jan 2028 leaps Full thesis on why I went all-in, leveraged on $VFF reddit.com/r/VillageFarms/s/… @todd_harrison @CB1Cap $MSOS

Great to see my dear friend Freddy chatting further on Village and the EU GMP moat. Curaleaf's recent move on $ACB, driven largely by the EU GMP landscape, shows just how well positioned $VFF is when we get positive reform in cannabis $MSOS youtube.com/watch?v=zcnGx0iq…

Of all the chatter on the rescheduling delay, this is arguably the best-written summary of where things actually stand, and the positives that come with it. $MSOS cc @realpristinecap @todd_harrison
$MSOS The stay was triggered because anti-rescheduling groups want to introduce a recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) report into the record. While a delay is frustrating, addressing this evidence right now is highly positive for the market: Building an Unassailable Record: The biggest threat to cannabis stocks isn’t the DEA process itself—it is the inevitable wave of federal lawsuits from prohibitionist groups after a final Schedule III decision is made. Bulletproofing the Decision: If the judge allows the GAO report in now and the DEA successfully addresses it, that legal vulnerability is completely neutralized. It prevents opponents from suing later and claiming the DEA "ignored" vital government data. Protecting Investor Capital: For cannabis investors, a brief two-week procedural delay today is vastly superior to a federal appeals court freezing Schedule III implementation a year from now due to a rushed administrative record. The Financial Protections Remain Actively in Place It is critical for investors to separate the hearing process from the current legal status of the industry: Medical Cannabis is Already Protected: This hearing pause does absolutely nothing to roll back the historic Schedule III status already granted to state-licensed medical marijuana earlier this year. Tax Relief (Section 280E) is Secure: The core financial catalyst for cannabis stocks—the elimination of the crippling IRS 280E tax penalty for medical operators—remains actively protected by federal appeals court rulings. This stay does not pause those financial benefits. The Bottom Line This isn't a ruling on the merits of cannabis; it is routine administrative housekeeping. By ensuring every piece of data is properly litigated now, the court is clearing a cleaner, legally safer path for the final rollout. For cannabis stocks, this delay isn't a stop sign—it is just the legal system making sure the foundation is solid before building the future of the industry. One Month Later: An Update to My $VFF Thesis I believe the next 12-18 months will be monumental not just for Village, but for the cannabis industry as a whole reddit.com/r/VillageFarms/s/… @todd_harrison @CB1Cap $MSOS

Shoutout to @todd_harrison for joining @HammanShares on today’s Alphanooner to talk through the $VFF thesis. Todd is one of the few truly no-BS voices in this space. We talk at least once a week, and half the time it isn’t even about the numbers. It’s about the mental and emotional side of having the conviction to hold through the hard days. I’m just a regular guy who believes $VFF is a $15+ stock. My partner, my two stepkids, and my family have all trusted me with this thesis. My cost basis is higher than where the stock trades today, but I genuinely believe the next 18 months could be monumental for Village Farms. I spent over a decade on the buy-side in a previous life before switching careers entirely into tech. Seeing Surveyor and other leading funds take an interest in Village is genuinely reassuring. It reinforces the thesis and, frankly, proves I’ve still got a few lightbulbs working. Having someone like Todd to talk through the hard days has meant more to me than he probably realizes. Brother, I appreciate you. 🤝 youtube.com/watch?v=lgXbjmr8… $VFF $MSOS

$KNDI / $CBAT - Doesn't get any better then that lol
$KNDI raises $160m from shelf offerings, then buys $120m worth of batteries from $CBAT to pump their stock, who recently also just filed and received EFFECT on a $200m shelf. $CBAT will also likely raise soon, coming full circle.

I remember this day very well. Absolutely great to see. Marc's a class act. Just like the clown show at $CYDY

$BHR - Long Idea: Like this setup as money continues to flow back into beaten down travel sector and REIT's. This is not to be confused with longer term $PK holding and instead more of a technical trade. Risking $2.00 - $2.10s. Target $3.50 - $4.00.

$BHR - Sold all as per plan

Biggest correction in Tech / $QQQ since March and $TECS pushes $11-$15. We are short $TECS & think this will be back to sub $11 in a month.
1
$TECS - Another update on short swing. Will see how Monday opens, already starting to reach $11 target. Likely look to start hedging out of this position by selling puts against short equity

$SRNE - Zero percent chance this ever succeeds. So much meat left on the bone here.

I'm crying 🤣
$CVM Adam: Please stop your lies and misrepresentations. The 1st Amendment will not always protect you. On May 4 we said that the study had ended and that data lock and subsequent analysis would occur, all done by the CROs since CVM is blinded.
Shares of $CODX, the subject of a recent Sharesleuth investigatio, are up 7 percent in the premarket on news of a COVID-19 testing partnership with a unit of $PTE, a skin-regeneration company we spotlighted in several previous investigations. Both are in Salt Lake City companies

This is absolutely wonderful. We monitor a lot of these names on internal sheets and appreciate you posting this. Highly recommend giving @DilutionTracker a follow!
Thread on the aftermath of retail frenzy in Q1-Q2 2020 penny stocks. Unbelievable amount of paper sold to public hands for the benefit of company insiders and certain funds. Featuring $GNUS, $IBIO, $IDEX, shippers, $BOXL, $UAVS, $MARK, $TNXP, and a few others.🧻🖨️🧻🖨️🧻

$GNUS just reported a $383 million loss on $560k in revenue this quarter. Yes you read that right. Two months ago it was a thought crime to say this wasn’t a $2 billion market cap company. Stock is hovering around $1.50 now, as predicted. @HindenburgRes
