Gurugram pays highest taxes but gets Jalgram + Garbagegram every monsoon.
We suggest:
1. Pre-monsoon desilting with public audit
2. 5-yr warranty on all new roads
3. 72hr pothole redressal with penalty
4. 100% waste segregation + micro composting тАУ at Gurgaon, India

Dear Sunil Chaurasia ji, Please do not publish news with one sided fact, Supertech have not given flat to 15000 home buyers even after taking the almost full payment, over a lakh people are suffering because of them. Please visit any Supertech society and see how home buyers are suffering.
Home buyers have faith only in NBCC,
NCLAT give verdict in Favour of Home buyers and handover all unfinished project of Supertech to NBCC for completion in December 2024.
Please save home buyers from the torture of Supertech .

Very suspicious way of functioning, @SCofIndia Hon'ble Judge says will give a short date suggesting 4 Sept but in the order it is written 4 Nov and it happens in all the Courts. Also why hearing is deferred when the date itself comes after a long wait. All rights getting trampled

Another week gone, another date deferred. 15 years, endless hearings, and still no homes. For ~26,000 #Supertech homebuyers, every court delay is another nail in the coffin of hope. Justice delayed is justice denied. #JusticeForHomebuyers
