When I joined as an intern, the crypto market was down ๐. Token launches were slowing, sentiment was weak, and most teams were cautious.
My agencyโs expertise lies in TGE / IDO execution and full-stack Web3 support ๐งฉ. However, given the market conditions, it was clear that pushing token launches alone wasnโt aligned with what serious teams needed at that stage.
So instead of forcing the same playbook, I shifted focus ๐.
I moved toward development, auditing, and GTM support at GTM Labs ๐ ๏ธ, working closely with teams that continued building through the downturn. That shift led to better conversations, stronger partnerships, and a higher response rate ๐.
Two key learnings from this phase:
