Apologies for the long tweet in advance guys but had to get this off my chest
Let’s break down our board and coaching staff currently to see why we’re a finished football club instead of hiring “best in class” which RATcliffe keeps waffling about.
Owners:
The Glazer Family - Completely clueless don’t know anything about football outside of NFL. They don’t even know the offside rule.
Sir Jim RATcliffe - Completely clueless. Ex Chelsea season ticket holder and you just have to look at the other teams he owns and how well they’re doing to know he couldn’t run a bath yet alone a football club.
Board Members:
Omar Berrada - Our CEO who has never done or had this job title before. Now he has moved from City after they’ve been found guilty of cheating he looks like he doesn’t have a clue and is completely out of his depth which can’t be a coincidence. Appointed 3 managers since being at the club and is about to sack all 3 of them, say no more.
Jason Wilcox - Former Leeds/Blackburn player, former Man City academy director and Southampton Director of football. Way out of his depth, who has way too much power at the club for someone who has never been in this position at a big club before. Same with Berrada, appointed 3 managers since being at the club and is about to sack all 3 of them, say no more.
Christopher Vivell- Not saying he is a saint, but definitely the best out of a bad bunch. Has a great CV to backup some of his decisions and should be getting more of a say and should have more power at the club than Wilcox.
Data/Negotiations:
Michael Sansoni- Our Director of data who came from F1 with no knowledge or background of football. This is the “best in class” Jim RATcliffe was going on about.
Matt Hargreaves - Our negotiator who came from Adidas. Once again, no background or knowledge of football at all and it’s no coincidence that we cannot sell any of our players for a good price compared to the likes of Chelsea and we normally buy players for well over market value.
Coaching Staff:
Michael Carrick - Done well last season to get us back in the Champions league but similar to Ole was going off the interim manager vibes. Now he has got the job permanently, it’s gone downhill. His CV is a sacked Middlesbrough manager in the championship. Looks clueless on the touchline.
Jonny Evans - Retired from his playing career, then came straight in to being a first team coach at the club without any previous coaching experience at a top club first. Once again this isn’t “best in class”
Jonathan Woodgate - Has more coaching experience than Jonny Evans but similar to Evans and Carrick has never been a coach at a club our size and seems completely out of his depth.
Steve Holland - I would say our best coach on the coaching staff, who does have a lot of experience at big clubs and has won trophies. Although before joining the club was Gareth Southgate’s right hand man who played terrible football and didn’t win anything with one of the best England squads we’ve had in years.
Travis Binnion - Don’t know much about him to be honest, but I know he got promoted to the first team from our u21s so can’t comment too much, as I think our u21s at the time were good.
Once again apologies for the long tweet and i appreciate you guys if you read it all.
Just a shambles from top to bottom and then you wonder why we’re in the position in.

**THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE SALOON**
Our club have acted from day one as though the new stadium is already a done deal.
Surveys built around theoretical scenarios, diluting the voices of the very people who fill Old Trafford and have devoted their lives to this club.
There is a rot, a decay, a sense of hopelessness all due to the Glazers and Ratcliffe. They have sucked the life and dignity out of our club.
**Make no mistake. We are at a crossroads**
Act now or wave goodbye to the Manchester United you once knew.
Over the coming weeks, we will lay out clear plans. Plans that demand **ACTION**
And those actions will be down to **YOU, the fanbase.**
Not The 1958. Not another supporters' group. Not somebody else.
**YOU**
You might not like us. You might think we should smash the place up or somehow empty a 75,000 seat stadium.
We don't care what you think of us. It's all irrelevant.
This is bigger than The 1958. Bigger than egos, personalities and petty differences.
**Get behind the action or STFU when the club tramples all over you.**
Stop waiting for somebody else to fight your battles.
Because if we sit back and everything we've warned about becomes reality, don't start complaining that nobody did anything.
**You were warned. You had a choice.**
The plans will be crystal clear. The actions will be crystal clear.
The question is whether enough Reds give a shit to follow through.
**More to follow. Get your notifications on.**
The 1958 🇾🇪
People will say “bringing in another manager won’t change anything”
In reality it will change a lot. Carrick looks out of his depth and i love him but he ain’t good enough.
I am aware that there are mich bigger problems at the club, but unless we come together⬇️

Manchester United's rabble of pathetic, over-entitled players push Carrick towards his place in the club's endless winter. But the chaos that has gripped United is not on him. It's on the Glazers, Ratcliffe, Berrada and Wilcox. dailymail.com/sport/football…

Jason Wilcox is a narcissist.
He changed the way United present new signings, removing the manager from the pictures and putting himself front and centre, as if he deserves all the credit for the signings.
After United won just THREE games in a row under Amorim, he went and did an interview talking about success, making himself look like some sort of genius.
He’s using this football club to feed his own ego and boost his image. He’s completely incompetent and out of his depth.
He should be sacked BEFORE Michael Carrick.
