Update its easier to work the opposite ordering convention Liberty X < Liberty Y if X is more fundamental than Y So, the Liberty (remember any ppssible thing one can do is a liberty) of popping the nearest car tire can only be invoked (taken, or enacted) if they own said tire

Otherwise they are violating Liberty X of the one who dies own (other exceptions like permission, exigent circumstances like they driving away with kidnapped daughter, etc. But hopefully the point is clear. If a liberty L is not a right R then R<L by definition R takes priority
