The colors are now much more saturated in neon green, but the location of the rivers and Sioux City remain mostly in place. However, the center of the image now shows a dark blue area marked as “Flooded Area,” a result from the water that overtopped the banks of the Big Sioux River, inundating adjacent farmland. There are two teal colored blurs representing clouds, one at the top center and one at the bottom left corner of the image. The image is enhanced-color to emphasize the presence of water, which appears dark blue.
