New AP Top 25 is out. BYU drops 6 spots to No. 8 while Utah rises to No. 6.
Here's the good stuff, @SickosCommittee 👇
No. 11 @BYUwvolleyball stuns 8th-ranked Arizona State, 3-1.
Sophia Callahan tied a season-high with 13 kills for BYU, which got 7 blocks (!) and 7 kills (!!!) from KJ Burgess in a match against her sister Zoey.
14 wins in a row. 9-0 in Big 12 play. Hosting Utah on Friday night.
In a span of eight days, BYU experienced the highs — the biggest home win in a generation to the No. 2 ranking in the country — and lows of a humbling 2OT loss to UCF.
And yet, the Cougars still had a chance to end its Knight-mare with a dream 📰 👇

Sione Moa scores his first rushing touchdown since Sept. 6, 2025, a 27-3 win over Stanford before the running back dealt with compartment syndrome and this season's knee surgery.
UCF ran as many plays (8) and more yards (62-23) on their touchdown drive, capped by Landen Chambers' TD score, than the Knights did on their first two drives combined against No. 2 BYU.
All tied up to start the 2nd quarter.
He won $2 million (minus taxes) by making a $3 million kick. But BYU freshman Carter Smith's life hasn't changed much as he's become Provo's latest "celeb."
“School is still kicking my butt," he told me in between a Spanish mid-term and a biology exam.

Houston linebacker Sione Fotu returns to Utah, where he began his college career.
He’s expecting 30 family members at the game.
“My mom said (told them) if you wear anything Utah you can’t get a ticket,” Fotu said.
With a 13-match win streak and an 8-0 start to Big 12 play, is @BYUwvolleyball the quietest No. 11-ranked team in the country?

BYU DB Matthias Leach was spotted in a viral moment last weekend when he went to help up Notre Dame standout WR Jade Greathouse after the Cougars' win.
The Fort Worth native's full story is even more impressive.

This is excellent advice from an all-time great 👇
“I didn’t think anybody should have a column before 35 years old.”
@RealMikeWilbon and Dan Le Batard on the difference between reporters and columnists, and how they both believe they got columns too early in their careers.
#BYU notes in an email from the university that it raised $1.9 million from this year's "Giving Cougsday" fundraising round from "alumni, students and friends of the university."
Donations came in from 49 states in the U.S., and from as far away as Saudi Arabia, per the school.
