Despite receiving 2 flood warnings overnight, I can confirm that the tearoom is open for business. Still time to take your autumnal pics and perhaps enjoy a slice of something nice (Have to admit its not as sunny as this photo would imply!)

Lots of enquiries from people asking when our Virginia Creeper turns from green to red. Difficult to say exactly when will be the best time to visit but as you can see, it’s well on its way
