The List of Adrian Messenger (1963)
After watching 90 minutes of this movie, an extra movie begins where seemingly inconsequential characters remove facial disguises to reveal some very big movie stars indeed.
This final sequence is incredible.
SPOILER ALERT! (OBVIOUSLY)

Awful news to hear from our good friend Martin of the untimely passing of Michael 'Big Lad' Burgess-Shaw. He loved theatre (and everyone who worked in it). He was a great supporter of The Friends of Streatham Hill Theatre and member of our Expert Panel. He will be much missed.

It's International Stage Management Day! So let's take a moment to appreciate our amazing team. They are not only working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the shows run smoothly, they also create it, make it, find it, cue it and are first in, last out. So let's shine a spotlight on our very own. #StageManagement

TOTAL RECALL was released 34 years ago today. The second-most expensive film ever at the time, and among the most popular of Paul Verhoeven and Arnold Schwarzenegger, the story behind the scenes is as bonkers as what we see on the screen…

Have you visited @TurnersHouse? 🏡
J.M.W. Turner built the house based off his own designs to be a place of retreat away from pressures of the London art world.
The house hosts regular talk and paint sessions as well as private tours, lectures and painting courses! 🖌️🎨🖼️
