The “Gaza genocide” calumny has become the Left’s equivalent of the “stolen election” hoax on the American Right—a baseless accusation that signals ideological allegiance precisely because it defies logic and evidence. (Longer version of my @Quillette essay).

Two years since the unfathomable atrocities by Hamas on 7 October. Two years since Hamas brutality and cruelty knows no bounds. Against the people of Israel. Against the people in Gaza. Against the Jewish communities in Europe. And against our civilisation.
This time two years ago, friends, families and partners began to receive messages from the victims of October 7. Many didn't know it would be their last interactions with their loved ones.

Much better to play in Berlin. Hope this will have sever consequences for the City of Ghent, the Festival organisers and the Minister, who backed this Antisemitic decision – at Waterloo, Belgium
Update: The Anti-Semites in Ghent are losing! BRAVO to the Berlin Festspiele for inviting Lahav Shani and the Munich Philharmonic for a last minute concert on Sept. 15 after the Ghent Festival Flanders's Anti-Semitic cancellation! This is something to celebrate and should be a signal to the performing arts world! These actions will not stand! @blnfestspiele

“We are unable to provide sufficient clarity about his attitude to the genocidal regime in Tel Aviv” The Flanders Festival Ghent just canceled the Munich Philharmonic’s concert because its future chief conductor Lahav Shani is Israeli. They admit it’s not about art, but about his role with the Israel Philharmonic. They accuse him of failing to “distance” himself enough from Israel, despite him speaking out for peace. This isn’t politics, it’s pure antisemitic discrimination. A Jewish Israeli musician is singled out, and punished, not for anything he’s said or done, but simply for being tied to Israel. Europe promised “Never Again.” Canceling Jewish musicians for being Jewish and Israeli shows how fast those promises are unraveling.

The decision by the Flanders Festival Ghent to cancel a performance by the Munich Philharmonic, solely because its future conductor, Lahav Shani, is Israeli and leads the Israel Philharmonic, is deeply alarming. This is not a protest. It is discrimination. Targeting artists because of their nationality is unacceptable and undermines the very foundations of European cultural and democratic values. They only fuel hatred, with concrete consequences on European streets. Lahav Shani is internationally recognized not only for his musical excellence but also for his commitment to dialogue and peace. We stand firmly against this disturbing trend of singling out Israelis for exclusion. Cultural boycotts of this kind do nothing to advance peace, they only spread intolerance.

.@gouvernementFR Pourriez-vous accélérer l'automatisation des péages sur les autoroutes ? Les files d'attente pour payer causent des bouchons énormes. Une solution moderne est urgente – pour le climat, la sécurité et notre temps. Merci. 🇫🇷🚗⏳ #autoroute #mobilité #France – at Honfleur, France

The New Syria. Where Islamists are sent by the Gov to massacre & humiliate the Druze & Christians. While the EU & US lift their sanctions and shake hands with Julani. Shame on us for not protecting these beautiful & brave people just East of the Israeli border

The USA need to fly a B2 stealth bomber mounted with a GBU57 bomb into Iran and detonate it in the bunker where the Mullahs are keeping their last nuclear material, in order rid the world of this nuclear threat. 10 years of lies at the IAEA are enough

REMARKABLE STORY. I’m at the Kerem Shalom border crossing watching some of the more than 800 humanitarian aid trucks going into Gaza daily. I asked a nearby IDF soldier how she feels about providing aid. Her response? “I am conflicted. My cousin is a hostage. He is the American hostage Edan Alexander. Nevertheless, we will continue to ensure the people of Gaza never go hungry.” While hostages are being denied food in the tunnels of Gaza, their families are feeding those who kidnapped them. Israel is not starving anyone. Please spread the truth.
