I am the proud child of parents who fulfilled their dream of being shopkeepers.
I can easily envisage a vibrant pedestrianised Oxford Street with quality shops and families eating at good restaurants with outdoor tables amidst imaginative street furniture.

I am in the process of growing a beard for the first time in my life and as I’m one week in asked my OH if she liked/hated it.
And she said and I quote: “I am not repulsed”.
Yeah, totally serves me right for asking.
25 years ago today my OH & I were in the USA.
Today we remember those who were cruelly murdered whilst providing for their loved ones or just living their lives & we honour all those who strove to save lives and lost theirs in doing so.
