NELFUND is genuinely helping students, and that deserves to be acknowledged. But let’s not pretend the general cost of living hasn’t made things much harder. Go back 10 years and compare what students paid for food, transport and basic necessities with what they pay today. The loan is a relief, but the bigger question is why staying in school has become this financially stressful in the first place. 😭
