.@Riske4rewards working on serve!
1. Consistent ball toss in her ideal zone 2. Knee/Hip angle w/ a powerful leg action while staying tall with posture
3. Feeling like she is getting on top of the ball in order to serve with a trajectory that creates a higher bounce off the court
Coach @BillyHeiser is getting into some serve and 1st ball work with @Riske4rewards.
Probably the last thing to come together after a break from the sport - the timing and rhythm of the serve +1 is tricky...only thing you can do is rep it out! #Add2 💪🇺🇸 – at Florida, USA
"One of my favorite drills to work on footwork and angles to the ball. Rally through the middle at 60% ball speed while maintaining 100% intensity with your feet and eyes. When you have one lined up, accelerate with full pace to a corner!" - @BillyHeiser
