@OctopusEnergy @g__j Stuggling for over a year to get smart meter (single, elec) to commission. You keep on sending (often the same) engs to do the same thing over and over again. I am concerned this is a waste of your money and planetary resources, as well as my time..
.. This is not good engineering practice to keep repeating the same and expecting a different result. I think we have had 6 or 7 actual visits and multiple other remote attempts. We need a better trained guy with different tools & a tester..
The WAN LED flashes correctly like there is some or even enough signal, but if not enough the DCC @arqiva ? need to be doing something not @OctopusEnergy wasting engineer time and money. Please escalate for a better plan. Have just replied same to offer of yet another visit. Ta
