Ok I've noticed a lot of people tweeting this account is a charity. It ISN'T. I'm one person spreading all the awareness I can. That's all.
Spring is here, but the weather isn't always warm. Make sure you all keep yourselves warm when you go out.

Living with chronic illness & pain requires huge internal strength while draining physical strength

...it's not effective anymore. Any shop brand version of Berocca will work for this. Hope you all avoid the bugs & your symptoms behave.

...to help prevent you from catching any bugs/viruses others in the waiting room have. Take on the day & for next two days. After that ...
Please remember there are lots of viruses around now & if you have to see a doctor for anything, take high dose vit C (600% rda) ...
Hope you all had a fun NYE & NY day, but also ones that didn't steal too many of your precious spoons. Hopefully 2016 will be good to us all

That my pain levels are 8+ & I have to worry about the noise I make in coping with it, is a bit ridiculous.

In so much pain 😢
It's 5am & I've clamped my jaw shut to stop me screaming in pain & waking the rest of the house. Really hate this illness!

Happy New Years Eve Addisonians! I hope this year brings you good things, a well behaved body & reduced symptoms
If you are in a spoon deficit after Christmas, try having extra salt, sugar, water & high dose vitamin C (about 600% rda) for three days.
I hope you all had a wonderful time over the Christmas period & that you are not currently in a spoon deficit. Look after yourselves. 💗

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas/Happy Holidays. I hope even more your bodies co-operate over the holidays.
I know I've neglected you guys a but this year, but to be honest my health has taken a monumental nosedive. I have no energy & memory issues
Still recovering from psycho-sadist physio's "care". Trying to reclaim as many spoons as I can before Christmas so I can enjoy the day a bit
